subcontractors for every project, created/maintained database inventory.
Reviewed and supervised multiple projects on site within limited

furniture, and signage all completed in a timely manner and within budget.
Supervised team of 12 on 10-15 projects in a week with the turnaround

maintenance job plans and preventive maintenance standards. Assisted in the
maintenance activity compliance at Medical Treatment facilities, maintained
the DMLSS FM operational system to include system updates, interfaces and
sustainment of DMLSS competency for facilities staff within all Army
regions. Assisted in updating room inventory in DMLSS. Created and updated
