I provide support to users of the applications of CARDS (ATM'S) and Insurance, on

architecture Partenon.

I had to analyze and provide solutions to productive incidents.

If an incident needs a SW changes, I have to do the technical analysis and then ask to

LAB the changes, when LAB returns the SW, I test it on PRE environment and if

everything its correct, I managed the SW to PRO, all these activities with help the

Remedy tool.
