Objective:

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
GPA was 3.75 and I have held many diverse positions in my
working career and excelled at all of them. My most recent
position as Property Manager, I was able to take the property
from 89% occupancy when I took over in Feb 2010 to 99% by August
of the same year. The property has never fallen below 93% in the
years I have been there and has been at 100% many months in 2012
and 2014. I also supervised more than 10 employees.
