I work as an independent contractor through NACES Plus Foundation. I am an
evaluator and administrate the state mandated written and skills tests for
nurses aides who are testing for certification.
Being a former Director of Nurses in long term care, I was hired for my
knowledge and experience working with nurses' aides. I was also hired for my
knowledge of federal regulations and ethical standards regarding the need
