Languages Known: English, Arabic and Basics Hindi.
Work Experience:
Olive Hospital, Hyderabad, India October2013–March 2014
Biomedical Engineer Assistant, Department of Biomedical Engineering Services
My work primarily involves operating, maintaining, calibrating and troubleshooting of biomedical
equipments, both clinically and technically
I did provide sufficient guidance to new nursing staff on medical equipment s installed in the ICU
Centronix, Secunderabad, India Sep 2013 – Jan 2014
Research Consultant, Medical Equipments Research and Development
I worked in the team to conduct research on developing new medical equipments and my work
primarily involved extensive coding in MATLAB
June 2012–Aug 2012
Internship, MEDI-SUN MEDICAL PRODUCTS, Hyderabad, India
Medical devices training as a Trainee.
Projects:
“ELECRONIC STETHOSCOPE” May 2013
Final Year project, Submitted to Osmania University
I was actively involved as the developer and designer of the project . I utilized a condenser microphone to
capture heart sounds and convert them into electrical signals to be amplified, filtered, and fed to the computer.
I learned how to apply my skills in MATLAB to digitize record, store heart rates, and visually display them in
Graphical User Interface in real time Diagnosis.
“SMART PHONE STETHOSCOPE” Ongoing
Independent Project
I am using condenser microphone to be interfaced to smart phone, I have completed the hardware kit, which
can be used to capture heart sounds to be amplified, filter and fed to the smart phone. I am currently processing
and developing the application for an Android platform, which can calculate the heart rate per minute in real
time and display the heart sounds and murmurs in the smart phone, where the data can be transferred as
telemedicine using the internet in smart phone. It is economically compared to the traditional metho d; I want
my research to be patented after completing the software part.
Extra Curricula Activities:
Operation & Maintenance of ICU and Physiotherapy Equipments and Trouble Shooting of X-ray
Machines for (4 weeks) at Advanced Training institute for electronics and process in strumentation,
Hyderabad, India
National Conference for Biomedical Engineers on Medical Equipment Testing and Calibration Lab at Kerala
Institute of Medical Science
Organizer the event MediTech-2012, an annual technical symposium held during March 9 th-10th 2012,
conducted by the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University College of Engineering (A), Osmania
