• Managed recruitment, selection and placement process for the Southwest Region for all levels of the organization.

30%, increase of client base by 10% and a reduction of customer complaints. Researched a variety of compensation and
benefit structures of like companies and recommended a most competitive compensation. Resulted in higher quality
