response is sent back to supplier with same echo token.

Product Description: A med hotel is a wholesale provider of accommodation

and transfers to those accommodations from Airports. The accommodation is

mostly Hotels, but cruises are also supported. The majority of Hotels are

in Beach type resorts around the Mediterranean, though increasingly

additional resorts are being supplied - e.g. Caribbean, Middle East. Sales

are made through either the Medhotels website (to travel agents and direct

customers), but also via XML web services (travel agents only). Details of

city based hotels are provided by an XML feed from LastMinute.com. As

well as the Medhotels website, Holiday Hotels, Hotel Transfers,

Medhotels.DE are also supported. Back office functionality is provided by

a data maintenance application called Eres, promotions functionality is

provided by an application called "hidden". Also an internal information

web site called MIB (MedHotels Information Board) is supported.

Product Description:

This document structures the primary business processes in airline crew

management that need to be addressed in an Interactive Pilot. The document

lists key functionality for higher level business processes. These

functionalities need to be reviewed with the customer in order to document

the customer's requirements, identify gaps in the as-is solutions from

Sabre, as well as requirements for business process changes to optimize

utilization of the recommended solutions.The structure represents the

customers' view of crew management, based on what they do each day to run

their business. The document groups the business functionality to the

business processes. It is the responsibility of the Interactive Pilot to

review with the customer the business functions listed in the document, as

far as they apply to the customer in focus of the Interactive Pilot.The

listing of business functionality represents an initial listing only. For

each Interactive Pilots this listing needs to be reviewed and customized to

the specific requirements of the customer. Business functionality not in

scope for the project will need to be removed, and additional functionality

needs to be added in order to address the requirements of the customer. In

addition to listing relevant business processes the document also lists

crew management requirements that are not directly related to business

processes such as data, reporting, and rules requirements. Efficient

management of these requirements is essential for efficient execution of

crew management.
