lack of cartel involvement. Client only one of 27 parties not fined,

alleged anticompetitive behavior and conducted research to craft

compelling arguments to disprove Commission's findings.

. Represented client in investigation of potential FCPA violations in

Africa; preserved and coordinated collection of data in Africa and
