Primary duties are to develop and produce graphics in support of all marketing, HR, sales, and related activities;
secondary responsibilities are to offer graphic design support to internal/exter-

(e.g., eps, tif, bmp, png, wmf, ewm). Support Strategic Marketing and Planning and Proposal
Managers to ensuring the URS Washington Division brand is applied in accordance with corporate
standards.
Develop covers/spines and tabs; proposal-specific illustrations; CD labels; assist in production
(printing, binding); and outsource printing, working closely with vendors and obtaining estimates.
Produce original graphics (e.g., illustrations; manipulate photos) to be incorporated into
MS PowerPoint presentations and/or Word; create templates and edit/rewrite when necessary.
Print advertising: design/production of national and local print-ready ads; working with vendor
graphics departments to ensure adherence to mechanical requirements and meet deadlines.
Trade shows: posters, collateral, promotional products, etc.; attendance/booth management (when
required). Supported human resources and client/team building events. Assisted in coordination,
planning, and execution (when required). I am a proven team player able to work in a fast-paced,
