Accomplishments
Planned and managed to oversee each area by meeting the needs of the customers monthly. The GE area
consist of GE, Genx, and CF6. While in the GE assembly areas each month I was able to hit the forecast
that was presented to me by management. During the month of December 2014 I met the needs of the
customer in the Genx area two days before Christmas shut down which gave my team members an
opportunity to enjoy Christmas without returning as we had to do for the year 2013.
As time progressed the morale of the team members declined because of different variables that became
clear that the monthly goals that was expected came along with tiresome hours and less time for family.
Even though these variables would pop up team members would come together and still get past these
road blocks.
Did payroll each week using Cincom system that was available to all supervisors. Kept time and
attendance cards for all team members that was part of the team along with disciplinary actions if
necessary.
