contact with clients, opposing law offices and judge’s chambers. W ork with attorneys (internal and external) and

gather information from clients and others. Manage legal files and records for discovery, investigation and

processing including the monitoring and management of discovery and other deadlines. Follow up on

investigation requests. Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, certifications, appellate briefs, NJ Supreme Court

writ of certiorari and briefs, and other documents as necessary. Analyze discovery, investigative and other

documents preparing summaries of same as requested. Draft and prepare correspondence and other written

documents as required. Gather and organize exhibits, documen ts, trial data and other materials in response to

management requests, subpoenas, discovery requests, interrogatories, motions for summary judgment etc.;

arrange for extensions of time as needed. Prepare records for expert rev iew. Monitor files and escalate issues

requiring attorney involvement.
