*As Executive Assistant, my primary responsibility was supporting eight (8) brokers. I also backed up the
receptionist as needed. Though unfamiliar with the software “InDesign” and the software “Photo Shop”,

mailings. Most of my job involved preparing lease/sale agreements, creating databases, and spreadsheets. It
was a ten (10) week contract. I carried out this temporary position until the employee returned from maternity
