Liberty Mutual Insurance: Fort Lauderdale, FL. July, 1997 – April, 2013 Receptionist/Customer Service, Staff
Assistant. I answered and directed incoming calls. I provided staff and customer service support in a variety of
multitasking roles; assist walk-in customers in the local office making payments for new auto insurance. Process
insurance binders/applications, answer customer inquiries and resolve problems via phones and email (such as
replacing insurance cards, insurance policies, contacting car dealerships, banks, and title companies). I processed
documents, photos, property inspections, permits, and mitigation forms for the approved homeowner credits allowed
by the Insurance companies [for Citizen’s Property and FEMA Flood insurance]. I was responsible for office mailings,
assisting the office manager, ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance for office equipment and departmental
employee time-off scheduling.
