Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the proper cleaning of portable tanks, pots, tools, mixer, agitators, end caps & gaskets, and any other miscellaneous equipment.

Ensure equipment is cleaned to meet acceptable quality standards.

Ensure proper ventilation and personal protective equipment is used as required/needed when cleaning equipment.

Maintain washroom to meet quality standards.

Ensure sanitation schedule is kept up to date

Ensure trash and cardboard are emptied and maintained throughout the shift.

Load dirty empty drums onto the proper trailer in a safe and timely fashion.

Remove empty pallets from all areas as needed and transport to the shipping area. Ensure pallets are stacked neatly and safely.

Empty hazardous material waste cans and refill with water as required.

Monitor the department floor and clean any spills or water puddles that may exist as needed and maintain good housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

Ensure understanding of all safety, quality and operational procedures, in order to utilize tools, equipment, electronic/computer systems in manufacturing areas.

Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.

Ensure safe operation of forklift and drum handling equipment.

Maintain work area in a clean and neat manner and in accordance with cGMP.

Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment at all times.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

Some experience handling chemicals.

Knowledge of G.M.P’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)

Inventory Taker

Team member that work together to physically count inventory for clients and enter information into RGIS equipment. Inventory to be counted varies depending on the client and location to be audited.

Items may be located on the floor, tables, or shelves at various heights. Items are generally counted on the shelves but may be moved if required.
