DESCRIPTION OF WORK & MATERIALS
Studio
1- Finish sheetrock application; compound, sanding and painting (color
selected by customer)
2- Installation of 3 or 4 track lights on ceiling.
Bathroom
3- Finish bathroom: compound, sanding and painting. Installation of
vanity, mirror, toilette, and accessories.
4- Installation of ceramic tile on floors.
Record Room
5- Sanding and painting
6- Floors
7- Installation of window angle (follow instructions)
8- Installation of doors (include molding in all areas)
Halls - 1st floor to 3rd floor
9- Repair walls in bad condition; compound, sanding and painting (include
molding)
2nd floor
10- Repair walls (wherever necessary) compound, painting: Living room,
dining room, open kitchen hall, plus one room.
11- Replace sink (kitchen area) and faucet
3rd floor
12- Repair walls (wherever necessary) and painting.
13- Change filter, check AC System (Attic)
14- Clean duct air system
NOTE: Job is subject to be finished within 2 to 3 weeks if materials are
available & at premises/site (house). Materials are not included in price.
Price has been based on labor only.
All materials, designs, colors quality, brands, etc is the customer's
responsibility.

No plumbing included
No garbage removal/pick up included
PAYMENT AGREEMENT
The customer agrees to the following:
1- 1st down payment must be given when contract is signed (unless
specified on this contract).
2- All remaining payments must be made on time and in agreement with this
contract/contractor(s).
3- Charges are based on this contract only. Any additional job/labor not
specified on this contract; must be communicated & approved by the
contractor and will be charged separately.
4- Price agreed by customer: $4,500.00
1st PAYMENT (beginning)

2nd PAYMENT (1/2 completed) $1500.00
FINAL PAYMENT (finished job) $1500.00
TOTAL $4500.00

***Agreement: In consideration of mutual covenants set forth in this
agreement, customer and contractor hereby agree as follows: materials are
not included in price unless otherwise specified. Garbage disposal is not
included in price. Payments must be made as specified on this contract
unless discussed with the contractor. Any changes on job, additional
upgrades or else, are not included in this price, and must be discussed
with contractor prior to start a job.
