. Clear instructions need to be given for warehouse co-ordinators in

Pre & Post-dispatch activities to avoid any discrepancies on

Customer Invoices.

. GGP/Pricing/costing Workout & Profit analysis for the

quotations/LOI and before releasing the Purchase order.

. Inventory Monitoring & Dilutions (GGP/Pricing/Costing executed when

diluting Inventories)

. Vetting the PO terms & Conditions - Including all commercial,

finance & Dispatch Terms

. Coordination with Various departments

daily Operations.

. Intermediate between accounts team & customer for ABG/PBG/LC
