2014 sales of 150M). Led kaizens within all values streams with primary
focus on reducing inventory and lead time through the factory. Primary
achievements include: reducing lead time through the facility by 29% during
a presidents style kaizen (6 major events running simultaneously during one
week) resulting in over $1M working capital reduction, as well as
implementation of PD goal: Build To Order. Total validated savings for
2014: $2.16M working capital and $514K cost savings executed through 15
major kaizens and 42 quick kaizens; gross profit increased by 2.9%. Total
validated savings YTD 2015: $250K cost reduction and $200K working capital
reduction through 6 major kaizens and 10 quick kaizens.

including optimizing production of retail sandwiches for 7/1. Named change
agent for CBASE application projects - in charge of developing,
implementing, and sustaining CBASE as well as act as a liaison between
local management and corporate director/vice presidents at a national
level. Placed in charge of newly developed flight auditor department - 3
direct reports to ensure an extraordinary level of quality. 563k saved on
17 projects in 2012. 1.1M in plan savings for 2013 based on 8 projects.
