Automotive, High Tech and Telecommunications industries. Position is responsible for overseeing fifteen
different types of customers, Multi-Shift Operational Warehouse and Distribution Centers, Field Services
Group, Site Survey Team, Business Analytical Department, Project Management Organization and Repair
Center in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Manage over 650 indirect reports, 26 direct reports,
providing effective leadership, communication, staff development and growth along with direction.
Responsible for managing over 250 warehouse service providers and the final mile partners to make sure all
materials were delivered on time and properly. Maintained weekly profit and lost by customer and facilities.
Held weekly meetings with direct reports to review the budgets, and Key Performance Indicators and set
yearly budgets. Lead negotiations for new contracts and existing contracts for growth. Set yearly goals and
objectives, with key decision makers that would be beneficial to all parties to achieve the highest level of
customer satisfaction. Lead quarterly business reviews with customers and the key service providers to

Department, Resource Planning Group, Procurement and the Managers of the Installation, Testing and Radio
