• Successfully marketed a recruiting contract with an 8a fi rm who had no recruiters and won a small
DOD Government Networking contract.
• Filled approximately 150 positions for IT personnel with clearances. All work was performed
remotely.

Independent Contract Recruiter- MediaCenters Inc. (Pre-IPO Internet Broadband Exchange Provider who
has since gone out of business)

Sole recruiter for this "startup" fi rm.
• Successfully recruited over 40 IT professionals for them for their Network Systems and operations
positions

• Recruited for the Nation's largest object oriented client server software development project in
Telecommunications Customer Care and Billing
• Mainframe to Client Server migration project.
• Supported 15 Managers and their teams.
• Telecommunications skills from Requirements to Production Support were recruited for both Main
F rame and Client Server Technologies.
• Brought on two additional recruiters to the project over time to complete the project.
