Full Life Cycle recruiting support to Government Contracts including:

• Defense, Federal Thrift Retirement Board, State Department, Strategic contracts and positions on

M ili tary contracts for support roles.

• Hi r ing for corporate positions and disciplines (finance, accounting, contracts Business

• IT from Help Desk to Cloud Computing

• Surge (high volume) recruiting/staffing for the Obama Health Care Exchanges Health Care

p rocessing centers. Staffing resulted in over 400 hires in one week for the M issouri processing

center.

• Overall hi ring was primarily national in scope with several In ternational positions from Japan to

Staffing Manager/Senior Recruiter -ManTech In ternational (Permanent Corporate Employee)

January 2005 to July 2007

• Staffing Manager over a team of (8) recruiters (four full t ime employees and 3 contractors)

• Also performed Sr. Recruiting functions and handled recruiting for highly cleared positions

• Primarily role was to support Dept. of Defense contracts with total of 29 team hires per month at

various levels of security clearance

• All hi r ing was full life cycle recruiting of candidates who were primarily IT from Help Desk to

• While they were totally supporting Commercial clients they were preparing their fi rst government

RFP, My function was to source candidates for Contingent hires.

Vi r tual Independent Contract Recruiter- Ar rowhead Global

September 2001 to April 2003

• Successfully marketed a recruiting contract with an 8a fi rm who had no recruiters and won a small

DOD Government Networking contract.

• Filled approximately 150 positions for IT personnel with clearances. All work was performed

remotely.

Contract Recruiter -Astrolink In ternational (Venture Capital project of Lockheed Mar tin)

April 2001 to September 2001 (Company has gone out of business)

Global Broadband wireless company.

• Sole recruiter to provide all Technical, Finance, administrative and Marketing personnel primarily

I nternet passive recruiting.

• Focus was to backfill available positions and select priority positions which were budget approved.

Independent Contract Recruiter- MediaCenters Inc. (Pre-IPO Internet Broadband Exchange Provider who

has since gone out of business)

August 2000 to December 2000

Sole recruiter for this "startup" fi rm.

• Successfully recruited over 40 IT professionals for them for their Network Systems and operations

positions

• Established the recruiting process and conducted full life cycle recruiting.

• Full array of skill sets for the hires included Vit r ia, Siebel Portal, Java XML Architects, ATM

Switch Engineers, Channel Managers, Sales Engineers and service implementation Engineers.

Contract Recruiter - Bell Atlantic (Verizon)

April 1998 to August 2000

• Recruited for the Nation's largest object oriented client server software development project in

Telecommunications Customer Care and Billing

• Mainframe to Client Server migration project.

• Supported 15 Managers and their teams.

• Telecommunications skills from Requirements to Production Support were recruited for both Main

F rame and Client Server Technologies.

• Brought on two additional recruiters to the project over time to complete the project.

• ATS system utilized was Resumix.

Recruiter -Meridian Resources (Staffing Agency) Permanent Corporate Employee

September 1996 to March 1998

• Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process from sales (account management to

recruiting). Positions included a full spectrum of IT professionals in multi-platform environments
