Experience

RM2 Canada Inc. June 2014 – Present

Plant Operator/Assembler working on fiber glass skids in the Euro Line. My job includes producing good

quality skids and ensuring maximum production rate. I also assist in resolving any issues that might

present themselves to my coworkers and lead hand. My other duties include overseeing the chemical

Acetone in the chemical room and ensuring all the containers containing the acetone are connected with

the earth ground wire due to safety hazards and that there is a constant supply of acetone available for the

assembly line. This includes reporting any discrepancy in the amount of acetone to the supervisor or plant

manager.

Royal Building Product, Concord, Ontario, Canada February 2014 – May 2014

Machine Operator tasked with safety management due to commensurable machine operating experience

along with certification. Skilled at discovering cost saving measures. Ensured dead line was met and man

power shortage was covered. I identified equipment issues and resolved them with expediency. I worked

on Residential & Quebec (French) Machine, and was responsible for equipment operation, equipment

safety. While performing equipment maintenance, I set up and operated the machine and maintained

output at maximum production rate while ensuring that the quality was not compromised and was towards

client specifications.

Deco Automotive January 1999– July 2012

I worked as a Robotic Machine Operator producing assembling parts on different programming for

Chrysler Intrepid ( Engine Cradle ), GM Chevrolet Impala( Aluminium Engine Cradle),Toyota RAV4

(Bumper Assembly).

The Robotic Machine comes with an Allen Bradley & Fauns software system which I would use to

operate & trouble shooting problems with this system. It’s also indicated most of the electrical &

mechanical problems like issues with the sensor & fixtures. In the Robotic Machine, pneumatic pressure

and hydraulic pressure have to be applied to run the Machine which I was in charge of ensuring. I

maintained the quality of the assembly parts while ensuring production quota was met. I also removed the

wrinkled or split parts (Bad Parts) after the Hydro Forming department had deemed certain parts

unacceptable to company standards.

I was placed in an area where the Welding quality in the Auto Parts Assembly plant was controlled.

Because Welding is most important part in Auto assembly section where I marked weld parts which were

unacceptable by company standards due to Meg Weld and Tag Weld problems.

Karachi Water & Sewerage Board September 1991–August 1998

I worked with this organization as an Assistant Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical). My job was to

maintain the pumping station at the electrical & mechanical site. With my team, I made an annual

schedule to overhaul the motor and pump for every six months and ensured that it was operating at 60hp –

120hp as required based on the pumping station. I oversaw all contractors on site and at the pumping

station. I processed all applications for water connections within the domestic and commercial areas.

I worked as an Electrical Engineer (Plant Engineer) in the Pharmaceutical Industry for five years

My job was to:

• Maintain all electrical (A.C & D.C) motors

• To maintain conveyor belt Cleanup & lubricate the roller of the conveyor belt to run smoothly on

the line
