The Annual Enrolment 2012 project is to roll out the plan changes and

adjustments requested by the Benefits Department for the 2012 Annual

Enrollment period. The Annual enrollment process for Year 2012 should allow

all the clients associates to complete their benefits enrollment process

which is during the period of Oct 15th 2011 to Nov 4th 2011.This includes

changes to the rates and premium, application verbiage changes, Plan

changes and defaulting of removed plans, changes based on Tobacco- Non

tobacco associates, Spouse flat coverage changes etc. There are reports

which show the Percentage completion of Enrollment, Plan comparison tool

for last year and current year. The associates using the enrolment

application during the time period will be in the range of 1.8 -2.2 million

users.
