Spectroscopy, high temp. XRD for crystal structure, SEM for microstructural, TEM for grain boundary study

• Researched different Ionic conductivity and Doping Strategies for Ionic Conductivity Enhancement

MOSFET fabrication and its characterization UF Chem. Dpt.

• Gained hands-on experience on fabrication process and techniques like ion implantation, oxide layer growth, wet and dry

etching, UV lithography pattern transfer, sputtering and PECVD
