Enhanced Ionic Conductivity of Ceria Based compounds for electrolyte application in SOFCs UF Materials Dept.
• Synthesized phase pure doped ceria powder using co-precipitation technique and fabricated a ceramic body using
microwave sintering. Used XRD and CPS diffractometer to verify cubic fluorite structure
• Different characterization studies were done on samples, high temp. Ionic conductivity using 2 point probe AC Impedance
Spectroscopy, high temp. XRD for crystal structure, SEM for microstructural, TEM for grain boundary study
• Researched different Ionic conductivity and Doping Strategies for Ionic Conductivity Enhancement
MOSFET fabrication and its characterization UF Chem. Dpt.
