Major Accomplishment
In 2 years of the Strategic Resources, Inc., SHARP MTT contract with the Army Resiliency Directorate
SHARP Branch, was directly responsible for the training of 23,532 Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen and
DOD Civilians.
Selected SHARP Accomplishments
• Human Capital Management: Directly responsible for the life cycle management of 50 to 60 civilian
MTT trainers: from resume review of prospective trainers and acceptance as an instructor-consultant
individual credentials, instructor training IAW government requirements to management of CAC and
Corporate AMEX user incentives. Monitored student evaluations of instructors for quality assurance. Also
responsible for assigning instructors training assignments worldwide.
• Logistical Management: Directly responsible for ensuring trainers made their transportation, lodging
and rental reservations for travel in the automated contracted travel system; also responsible for ensuring
trainers used the automated Deltek system for input and final approval of their expense reports.
• Training Management: Directly responsible for developing a training schedule of 25 or more SHARP
courses per month worldwide through coordination with each SHARP PM/POC at each major military
command, including the forward deployed units. Ensured the training materials were ordered from the
printer contractor and sent to each unit in a timely manner prior to the start of each two-week course.
Assisted the government client with constant updates of the student and instructor guides.
• Administrative Management: Coordinated with each SHARP POC at unit level to ensure the student
roster complies with government requirements; prepared over 24,000 certificates for SHARP graduates and
for those that lost or misplaced the original certificate. Developed and maintained detailed instructor
rosters, instructor schedules and class schedules; prepared reports for client and SRI leadership; fielded a
wide range of questions via phone and email regarding SHARP course and the MTT.

detail.
Selected CNO/CAO Trainer/Writer Accomplishments
• Developed related casualty course updates that were incorporated into the new CNO/CAO training used
by Casualty Assistance Centers (CAC) worldwide.
• Assisted on panel with crosswalk of then-current CNO/CAO training and made recommendations for
input to new training, which was favorably accepted by client.
• Conducted quality assurance on new online CNO/CAO training and those suggestions were
incorporated into the new online training for 2010.
• Served on trainer panel that developed Program of Instruction (POI) for Casualty Notification Branch
that was incorporated into the CMAOC Battle Book for new employees at Fort Knox.
• Volunteered to write and wrote several articles for CMAOC “CAC Blast” newsletter regarding Soldier
casualty issues. Monitored and responded to questions/queries posted on the S1Net website blog;
responded to casualty questions with tact, diplomacy and discretion.
• Received Certificate of Appreciation (with additional monitory award) for job performance from the
president of the company (Armed Forces Services Corporation).
Selected Chief Medical Advisor (Sergeant Major) Accomplishments
• Served as the advisor to the 8th U.S. Army Deputy Surgeon for the integration of theater-level operations for
a heavy division, a theater support command and eight separate brigades.
• Acted as Program Manager for command medical projects under Surgeons responsibility.
• Attained knowledge of and supported Soldiers in command regarding Family support and Family assistance
programs under the Command-wide umbrella.
• As directed, prepared briefings, presentations and decisional memorandums for the Deputy and the 8 th Army
Surgeon.
• Acted as Co-Program Manager of two highly successful 8 th U.S. Army Korea “Army Ball” with a self-
supporting budget of over $50,000 and attended by over 1000 service personnel, spouses, friends and Korean
local nationals.
• Represented the Deputy Surgeon on several command working groups; recognized as having the ability to
operate under a high degree of independence.
