relations, and internal affairs of the Bank. Ensured various projects and
employee events ran smoothly and efficiently; provided leadership,
training, and guidance throughout the organization. Responsibilities
included developing policies and procedures that were compliant with all
applicable state and federal banking regulations. Managed the recruiting,
and hiring selection to meet the requirements of our Affirmative Action
Plan. Managed all new hire orientations, exiting processes, employee
communication, benefits, employee records, counseling, coaching,
supervisory assistance, and payroll. The organization needed a strong human
resources executive to support their immediate goals to turn around the
bank. This was accomplished within one year. Supported the downsizing of 6
bank branches along with the reduction in force at the corporate office.
The company has now downsized to 34 employees and in functioning without
human resources.
