supervisors for a staff of 1100 on a 60 acre track with 900,000 sq. facilities.

• Eliminated all outside contractors by hiring in-house overhead crane repairs technicians on [45], 10-40 ton overhead cranes, and hired licensed

electricians and certified welding repair technicians. First year savings of $1m from expense budget on overhead crane repairs alone

• Design and install Power and Free overhead conveyor system for the Powder coat and wet coat department through engineering practice.
