Imperia game, Eminent Domain.

Oversaw successful acquisition of Changeling Software, built team of 30, established new organizational infrastructure, and led the f ull life

cycle design of cross-platform, networked product that enabled THQ, Inc. to capture new PC gaming market.

Recruited the team, secured new office space, and build infrastructure within 3 months. Established performance metrics, provided

clear vision and goals, and provided the leadership to achieve success.

Led the design and delivery of new multi-lingual, multi-platform product that generated over $10 million in revenue within 2 years.
