Conceived of, developed, and launched holding company to support operation of four separate but interrelated
electrical-, technical-, mechanical-, and engineering-services business units with more than 100 staff members. Secured
funding through investors and managed banking relationships. Created short-term and long-range business plans and
forecasts, all operational policies and procedures, and all business-development strategies to position company as key
player in industry. Managed all aspects of daily operations for all four business units.
Grew company from $0 to more than $60 million in annual revenue in 15 years, ranking among top 3% in industry.
