• Reporting to the CEO and COO of the organization I am responsible for all product development,

strategic sourcing and manufacturing operations of Servergy.

• E stablished global supply chain on three continents for launch of new products

(www.servergy.com). Lead the development, implementation and deployment of global sourcing

strategies that meet or exceed cost, quality and delivery expectations. Contributing factors include:

- Re-engineering of factories and expense controls, strategic sourcing and value engineering;

- Practical process improvements (PPI) and lean manufacturing best-practices;

- Master scheduling for improved linearity, delivery reliability, and inventory reduction;

requirement feature set in line with cost and schedule structure.

• Created resources and budget plan for manufacturing operations team at various worldwide

•. Lead mechanical engineer towards qualification of antennae layouts, acoustic design, de-sense and

grounding schemes. Interface extensively with ECAD team for PCB layout and component

as a Lead Mechanical Engineer for BMW TCU product line. Perform tolerance analysis including
