strategic sourcing and manufacturing operations of Servergy.
• E stablished global supply chain on three continents for launch of new products
(www.servergy.com). Lead the development, implementation and deployment of global sourcing
strategies that meet or exceed cost, quality and delivery expectations. Contributing factors include:
- Re-engineering of factories and expense controls, strategic sourcing and value engineering;
- Practical process improvements (PPI) and lean manufacturing best-practices;

• Created resources and budget plan for manufacturing operations team at various worldwide
