. Responsible for drawing set coordination

. Responsible for putting together and coordinating the many floor

plans, interior elevations, sections, etc. for this multi-level,

phased construction project

. Duties included working with the Master Planner to meet OSHPD approval

comments (Drawings were approved)

. Ensured outputs met the required standards and agreed deadlines

. Created Structural details for steel frame construction staircases,

handrails, pneumatic message system, walls, etc.

. Also coordinated and designed Interior Design layouts for nurse

stations, Critical Care areas, Surgery areas, Post-Partum, etc.

. Worked on the design and floor plan arrangement of Physicians area,

Exam rooms, Pharmacy, Patient Recovery areas, Patient Pavilion,

Admitting, Radiology, and multiple work rooms

. Responsible for drawing the heli-pad on the roof top area of the multi-

level hospital

. Created details of steel framed wall types, doors types etc. in the

drawing that represented the proper rating for these elements

according to OSHPD regulations

. Also input information about most advanced medical equipment, beds,

medical devices, lighting and instruments that would be first used in

this award winning hospital to create both a patient and doctor

. Worked on the revamping of the Inglewood Unified School District Adult

School

. This project required MEP consultant usage of AutoCAD files which I

prepared and often translated for clients use

. Worked with consultants to create HVAC layouts for projects

. Took responsibility for own work produced to a high standard.

. We created a new plan which includes school district administrative

offices, a beautician school with custom work stations, furniture

fixtures and amenities, lawyer's office, and computer center

. We produced several construction document drawing sets which included

placement of duct systems and multi-ton roof top air conditioning

units

. Developed lighting and electrical scheme that would serve the three

story educational facility

Projects: Ferrari Land theme park in Abu Dhabi, United Emirates.

. Lexington was responsible for creating and designing three Ferrari

Theme park rides for the park which included trams, special effects,

visual amenities and custom props. I was

. Responsible for implementing the scene by scene transitions of the

ride into an information matrix. From this information matrix we were

able to give the conceptual ideas developed by designers a formal

structure. This enabled the ability for us to create construction

documents.

development of ride scenes

through which the ride progressed

. Information matrix structure also allowed for the ride to be

constructed accurately according to designer plans and concepts by
