Lead a team of Field Project Planners in the management of procurement activity and the field delivery of material and
services in support of a $100M plus construction schedule of facility and pipeline projects in the Permian Basin
Unconventional Shale development. Assist Program Manager and Project Engineers in improving cost and schedule
processes to gain efficianecy and velocity of build. Plan and execute manpower planning, hiring, and training to meet
increased number of forecasted construction projects though the 2016 Long Range Plan for the Permian Basin.
• Initiated and established procurement processes in support of 40 facility and pipeline projects.
• Implemented Procure to Pay SAP and mapping of Delegation of Authority processes in the business unit.

Manufactures. Assist Cost Operations director in the planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management,
business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services.
Transportation and Distribution Director, USMC Camp Lejeune, NC / Afghanistan Aug 2010 - May 2012
Directed three sections of 74 military and civilian personnel dispersed over seven geographic locations overseeing
deployment of personnel and material in support of USMC operations. Responsible for the oversight of third party
logistics providers in support of aerial port operations, tactical distribution, and shipping services in support of USMC
operations.
• Managed the movement of 60,000 personnel and 62,000 tons of cargo to, from, and within Afghanistan.
• Managed the initial establishment and on-going coordination of Contract Commercial Aircraft, supporting the
retrograde of material and equipment back to the United States for all Marine Forces.
• Managed the planning and execution of multiple support base infrastructure projects valued at $3.4M.
• Reduced container detention and demurge charges for Marine forces in Afghanistan from $2M/yr to under
200K/yr.
• Executed capacity planning of the return of all Marine Corps capital equipment back to the United States for
enterprise equipment refurbishment.

Responsible for managing the logistical support of 20,000 personnel and associated equipment; served as lead developer
of logistics policy, operational readiness, and transportation execution . Provided oversight and guidance on procurement,
resource allocation, and deadline management in support of global deployments. Identified and planned logistics

• Increased equipment accountability and maintenance readiness from 60% to 90% for over 140,000 pieces of
equipment valued in excess of 1.8 billion dollars.
• Oversaw the on time deployment over 6,000 tons of cargo and 40,000 personnel annually of Marine forces
deploying overseas.
• Oversaw the manning and training of 26 subordinate logistics sections responsible for the procurement of
consumable repair parts and services, accountability of property, maintenance operations, and transportation
exectution.
• Coordinated design and customer requirements for 198 base infrastructure construction projects of over 1.5
billion dollars.
Logistics Operations Planner/Manager, USMC Multiple Locations Jul 1999 – Jun 2008
Planned and coordinated logistics support for Marine forces participating in strategic military exercises with the armed
forces of Thailand & Korea. Responsible for the logistics planning of deploying units to those countries to include
milestone planning, training and budget execution. Responsible for the identification, development, execution &
management of contracted host-nation support for third party logistics camp services.
• Trained 300 Defense Logistics Agency personnel deploying to Contingency Support teams in Iraq, Kuwait, &
Afghanistan with an annual budget of $500,000/yr.
• Coordinated U.S. Government support to domestic disaster relief operations during 2005-2008 hurricane
seasons( Katrina, Rita, Ike), California wildfires of 2007, and tornado disasters of 2008.
• Executed planning and execution of $164 million dollars in seized Iraqi funds and the planning of supplemental
funds of two billion dollars for the future equipping and infrstucture of the New Iraqi Army.
Supply and Logistics Supervisor, USMC Camp Pendleton / San Diego, California Oct 1992 – Jun 1999
Supervised and coordinated procurement and maintenance of equipment and material in support of training and
operational mission requirements. Supervised the development and execution of unit annual budgets and demand plans.
Provided oversight of DoD ERP programs to ensure the accuracy of customer requirements and the priorities of senior
management were met. Managed the commercial contracting of supplies and services from the local economy.
• Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Supply Officer. Supervised 15 personnel in the management of $38
million of assets and real property maintenance of eleven buildings. Formulated and executed an annual $2.2 million
budget.
• Supply Management Unit, Initial Issue Point Officer. Successfully managed 500 initial equipment fielding
projects for Marine in the south western United States. Consecutively served as Platoon Commander for 55 Marines,
providing leadership, welfare and administrative support.
• Supply Detachment Commander. Led a team of 18 Marines in the procurement, inventory management, and
disposition of over 4,000 consumable and capital equipment critical spares valued at over $6 MM USD. Coordinated
parts inventory and stockage computations along with coordinating global delivery and distribution of priority
materiel to austere and distant locations. Participated in Operation United Shield, Somalia.
• Battalion Supply Officer. Supervised 15 Marines in the procurement of capital equipment repair parts and
property control of U.S. government property valued at $5M USD. Executed and formulated the battalion’s $100,000
budget.
