Objective

I have always loved working in a fast paced and dynamic place such as an airport. I am very energetic

and a new experience excites me a lot. I’d be very pleased to be considered by Qatar Airways.

Experience

Capri Italian and Sushi August 2014-current

Main responsabilities include all front of house duties such as taking reservations, seating, taking orders,

serving food and beverages and preparing everything for next seating. A very fast pace working place

where you have to deal with everything.

The Palms Hotel November 2014

The main duties in the restaurant were to assist the waiters in getting everything to the guests such as

coffee, tea or juices. The shift started as early as 5 AM until 3 PM. The main serving type was the buffet and

we had to make sure everthing was ready as soon as possible.

Cine Citta Caffe December 2009-July 2014

Started in a position as a server where the main duties were to assist restaurant guests and help the Maitre

D to deliver the orders in the shortest period of time and in the right order. Additional duties included

preparing coffees, smoothies, shakes and other kinds of drinks.

After having passed a certain period of time and experience the company applied for a Sponsor H1B

Visa as a Budget Analyst and I was approved.

Majored in Economy in the University of Pisa, Italy

College August 2008-April 2011

Majored in Miami-Dade College in an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management.

Fluent in reading and writing in Albanian, Italian, English and Spanish and some French.
