through a DPHS Nursing Hour Audit with no deficiencies. I filled three key positions. I
managed the re-credentialing of all attending physicians. I led the facility through their
annual DPHS Survey and received kudos from the survey team.

facility to see them successfully through a transition in leadership. During my short
tenure at Pico Rivera I led the facility successfully through a nursing hours audit with no
days out of compliance and no fines issued. I successfully filled three key staff positions.

In this position I took over a 252 bed residential care facility for the elderly which was in
a status of non-compliance with the Department of Social Services, and on hold with the
Assisted Living Waiver Program. I successfully stopped a constant stream of
consumer complaints to the licensing agency and rebuilt the relationship with the
Assisted Living Waiver Program.
