• Instrumental in design, build, and implement OM Partners – Planning Module for Mohawk Flooring –

Residential Division, resulted in transitioning planning department from Excel Databases to utilizing OMP.

11/11- 7/12: S&OP Supervisor - Graphic Packaging International - Marietta, GA

Previously worked for GPI from September 1998 through December 2004.

• Supervised order fulfillment of three customer service representatives, with responsibility for

accounting of materials to the corporate level through direct and indirect methods.

• Managed daily planning requirements through a run strategy incorporating an Excel Database

utilizing ABC classification method based on MRP.

prompt onsite service for malfunctioned equipment.

01/05-02/06: Production Planning Analyst, Timken Corporation - Ball Ground, GA:

• Managed the daily operations through lean methods for plant with 21 CNC

Machines for multiple internal customers which resulted in 95% accuracy rate of budget with

annual revenue of $7,000,000.

• Coordinated raw materials for operations for assimilating 1400 new products into the plant’s demand

and production profile to increase production for all time record production output.

• Monitor and report plant’s production and customer service KPI’s for corporate metrics with

responsibility for the plant’s on time delivery performance, with a consistent performance of

95% on time delivery to promise and 85% to request.

• Developed and implemented an Access Database for plant’s customer sales orders, capacity

planning, production reports, and scheduling resulting in a 98% efficiency improvement which

included build plan for kanban inventory for two major customers with three turn inventory of

finished goods for 300 product.
