Performed many duties involved in the maintenance and repair of buildings,

utilities, fixtures, air conditioning, plumbing, etc. Made installations,

repaired, and tested new and existing systems, fixtures, controls and

equipment. Making repairs to induction units, remove and replace coils,

replace Thermostatic Operation and sensor, replace steam straps. Some

plumbing repair or replace flush valve. Unclog drains, repair or replace

sink faucet. Replace sink if needed, remove and reinstall ceiling tiles and

making repairs on continental pumps. Replace pacing, bearing remove

impeller and bearing clean pump, completing routine service calls. Perform

maintenance and repair fan coils as needed. Provide preventative

maintenance to air handler. Make many repairs to door locks. Determined

different methods, techniques, devices and materials that were best suited

for each assigned project.
