Have performed repairs up to level 40. This includes front gear trains, injection pumps, both keyed and

keyless, injectors, water pumps, front and rear main seals, dampeners, common fuel rail systems, PT, and

rotary injection, heads, pistons/rings, liners, con rods, and mains. Capable of honing cylinder to factory

specifications. Once completed units are load banked according to the manufactures recommendation of

8hrs.

C27, Cummins: QSL, QSX, VTA, MQ Power whisper watt series, DCA45, 70, 125, 250, 300, Gen power

Kulak Construction provides 11kv 18 MVA Power plant and 11 kV Power Grid system and 17 EA 11/0.4 kv Secondary Substations at Tikrit,

Iraq. This system includes 8ea 11kv, 2275 MVA diesel generators, 3ea 11kv bus-bar system,master synchronization panel-technical

description of control and monitoring of generators and load bus control panel. 11/ 0.4 kiva Mobile Type Secondary Substations include

630 A RMU, 630 and 1000 Kva Transformers and LV panels. Also outdoor and indoor electrical systems and automatic control system for

buildings, warehouses, and oil pump stations have been provided and installed by Kulak Co.

Maintained Power generation for base operations in Iraq. Strong ability to diagnose and repair electrical

system (A/C & D/C), fuel system, safety features, diesel engine overhauling / rebuilding and operations.

Knowledge and understanding of the procedures of Capital rehabilitations. Fair, Wear and Tear, Load

assessments, Switch gear system (automatic and manual) and Load bank / Testing.

Work knowledge of generator’s such as Perkins, Caterpillar, Cummins, FG Wilson, John Deere, and

Marapco.

Troubleshooting of generator and replaces worm & broken seals bearing or other engine parts grinds and

adjusts valves rebuild carburetor and repairs fuel injection systems.
