contingent workforce and contracted services needs of this $5.4 billion global provider of nuclear energy
services, fuels, operating systems and power plants.
Primary foci of my team are staff augmentation for both operating power plant outage support and
ongoing engineering, technical and general support needs, particularly relative to the design, operation and
maintenance of new generation nuclear power plants.
Contract for project-specific technical support, as well as laboratory, testing, and calibration services. Served
for seven months as acting manager for a second department, serving the Supply Chain needs of all corporate
overhead functions, including Facilities/Construction, Information Technology, Travel and Human Resources.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Drove cost savings of $21 million over four fiscal years, while implementing more rigorous contractual terms
and conditions to assure quality and mitigate risk in our contingent workforce.
