Responsibilities : I made out bound calls to clients that were interested
in solar panels. We would set the appointments for the technicians to come
and assess the home and options for the customer to have. Accomplishments:
I was able to set good appointments, made commission, and was a great
worker. Skills Used great communication skills, quick learner, responsible,
reliable, and was a great leader.
Customer Service and Sales Representative Arizona State Fair - Phoenix, AZ
- October 2014 to November 2014
Responsibilities : I was responsible for the concert department. I took
tickets and seated the parties for the show. I also assisted the disabled.
I was also responsible for the ticket booth on the grounds, while working
the ticket booth this consisted of giving breaks to the employees. Where
ever I was needed basically handled that specific requirement.
Accomplishments : I had a great opportunity to be around people and
assisted many to make it a great experience for them at the state fair.
Skills Used great communication skills, aware of all departments to assist
the customers, prompt and on time for my assigned shift. I even worked on
days not scheduled to be of extra help when it was needed. I always
conducted myself as a leader to set examples for those who needed help. I
am also a quick learner and on top of my job so things ran smooth and
professional at all times.

Responsibilities: I had three clients that I visited throughout the week. I
was responsible for giving baths and showers. Medication was also required.
I also gave insulin when their sugar was too high. I took the clients
shopping. I also took them to the doctors. We had daily exercise routines
that we did to keep them healthy. Lastly I also prepared meals for them and
made sure they were eating properly. Accomplishments: I received great
recognition for my good work. I met all requirements and did my job the
best I knew how. Skills Used Communication, on time always for my assigned
shift. I was quick and on top of my job always.
Manager In Touch - Los Gatos, CA - September 2009 to October 2011
Responsibilities: I was responsible for running a call center for
Insurance Agents. We set appointments for the agents to ensure great
customer service and better connection for both the agent and the customer.
I did quality assurance to ensure calls were being handled properly and
everyone was doing their jobs. Once a week I would pull every caller for a
review and go over their calls. I hired and fired many. I conducted many
trainings. I was responsible for 55 callers at a time. So with that I also
scheduled many for both part time and full time employees.
Accomplishments: I met all quotas and requirements for my position. I was
a hard worker and did the best I could for the company. Skills Used
management skills, communication skills, prompt and on time always. Hard
worker all the time and always on time with what I needed to have done each
day.
