project lead for testing new materials and material combinations.

Finished cost-savings projects. Planned and coordinated large

material testing projects, then communicated results to management

number of improvements to raw material specification system by

creating Access database for specifications. Revolutionized Test

Request Number (TRN), Molding Machine Test (MMT) order and laboratory

and used in number of divisions. Oversaw some of the cable tie

product lines. Served as a product designer for modification to

existing injection molds.
