operations: revenue growth, adherence to standards and core practices, finances and profits, exceptional customer service,
and most importantly, employee development and professional success. Responsible for over 500 hourly team members and
35 managers. Received multiple “Awards of Excellence” recognizing achievements in customer service and financial
performance results.

Flagstar Companies, Inc. is a 2.6 billion dollar company operating several restaurant chains, including Denny’s and Quincy’s
Family Steakhouses.
Joined the Flagstar Corporation in 1980 as a General Manager (Cleveland, OH) and within a year was promoted to District
Manager (1981 to 1987) responsible for nine restaurants in the Kansas and Missouri markets. Promoted to Franchise
Consultant (1987 to 1994) responsible for consulting new and existing franchisees with improving their operational
