• Directed Ohio state-funded workers’ compensation program achieving $1.5+ million in
savings. Received grants for job analysis for all positions in Ohio. Ultimately able to gain
approval for self-insured workers’ compensation for Ohio.
• Served as Regional Training Specialist for one year while position was vacant. Tripled
division’s compliance with company training goals within five months. Fulfilled these
duties while still serving as Regional HR Director.

Managed company’s compensation and incentive plans, unemployment compensation,

owned restaurants and 35,000 employees.
