• Making Sales/ Purchase Contracts upon receiving details from Trader to ensure the costing is calculated
correctly.
• Initiate supplier payment once information received from Trader->back office, to ensure correct
amount and correct payment terms are maintained.
• Cross Checking purchase invoices in CBT before an accounting Entry is done for same.
• Maintain & update final costing after shipment has been done to ensure it matches the initial costing
while making contract.
• Co-ordinate with back office /Trader to any missing invoice / Loading pictures / checking ETS of
booking against LDS of LC etc.

• Coordinating with back office to ensure clean & timely presentation of documents.

My role here found me working with a large group of more than 35 people from online retail
department that dispatches online orders of apparels and groceries.
