Acted as a liaison between the corporate office and new or existing franchisee Responsibilities included
training new franchisees how to successfully operate their automotive business to comply with corporate
guidelines. This position required extensive travel throughout the United States. After training the
franchisee, I would be required to hire the complete staff for the new facility and train them on proper
operating procedure. Each new facility required my presence for a two week period. Daily progress
