Acted as a liaison between the corporate office and new or existing franchisee Responsibilities included

training new franchisees how to successfully operate their automotive business to comply with corporate

guidelines. This position required extensive travel throughout the United States. After training the

franchisee, I would be required to hire the complete staff for the new facility and train them on proper

operating procedure. Each new facility required my presence for a two week period. Daily progress

reports delivered to the home office. Other extended duties included collecting royalty checks, solving

problems with facility staff, routine visits, troubleshooting problem vehicles, store management support,

customer complaints.

a technician as needed (ASE certified). In charge of all advertising as it pertained to the service dept.

Parts and inventory control. Service department monthly profit and loss report.
