Dear Sir:
Please find attached a copy of my resume/CV for your review. I am interested in applying
for a teaching position at your school.
Presently I’m teaching Technology and Secondary Language Arts, which is a
combination of Grammar, Literature, and Vocabulary at St. Augustine Preparatory
School, in Managua Nicaragua.
I have enjoyed my two years at St. Augustine and I am extremely appreciative of the
learning opportunity. Being at St. Augustine Preparatory has enabled me to provide
students with limited English language skills a “head start” in mastering those skills in
the classroom.
I have also taught Science, History, Social Studies, Computer Technology, Business
Education, Humanities, and STEM which is a computer based class emphasizing Science,
Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic.
It is my goal to combine my range of experience working with students of all ages with
my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who will make a
positive contribution to your school.
I would welcome an interview and hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth DeAnna Bridges
