• In order to keep data in safe and secure place, we have automated data loader to extract the
whole data from salesforce to save on our local servers.
• This is done by automating data loader to export Account, contact, Opportunities information

• It will export data in csv files and will save at our local servers.

Projects Summary:-
• Integration- SFDC with Rating Applications
Project Overview: - This Project was to integrate Salesforce with other rating systems to see
rating information across all the applications.
• In this project we integrated our Salesforce instance with ratings applications.
• Run time web service call is made at each time an investor wants to check the current rating
of company.
• Soap based web services were used to communicate with rating systems.
• Mass emails were sent through custom code developed in apex to notify the company about
their ratings release.
• Once rating release is done the whole rating information is pushed back to salesforce Account
object which includes Rating release date, assigned rating to particular company and
approvers details etc.
• HR Feed Integration

Project Overview: - HR Feed integration project deal with inserting and updating the employee
information from HR system to all the applications within the organization so we can avoid adding user
details in each system separately.
• All the information about employee, profile, Manager Information address contact
information etc. is pulled from salesforce to applications within the organization.
• The user is created as an Inactive user and his assigned manager and SFDC admin got
notified at the time of creation of the user.
• Manager will notify SFDC admin if user needs SFDC access and he will make him as active.
• At the same time of user creation, the whole information is passed to other organizational
applications using web service call.
• At the time when employee leaves the organization, this information is sent back to SFDC,
SFDC admin will deactivate the user in SFDC and it will be automatically deactivated in all
other systems also.
• Designed and developed visual force pages and apex classes for the integration module.
• Initiate projects phases, develop and manage schedule, performance and quality of ongoing
project phases.
• Implemented Apex Schedulable interface and implemented logic for scheduling different
apex classes.
• We integrated Salesforce with PeopleSoft.
• Every time a new hired employee entered in PeopleSoft was automatically created in
Salesforce.

Project Overview:- Docusign project deals with taking care of all the legal documents such as contracts,
invoices, ratings etc. into the salesforce with respect to the particular organization.
• Moody’s is a rating company and it needs govt. approvals to release ratings for any company
for all legal records.
• Docusign came in to picture where we need signed confidential approval from respective
govt. bodies to release ratings.
• A written document is sent to the govt. party, this document includes the terms and conditions
stating all required information and seeking their permissions to kick-off ratings process.
• Once they read and sign the document and will hit submit it will come in to SFDC as
attachment and will reside in related list under that account.
• This will be used as a proof that govt. is notified about the rating release.
• Salesforce integration with Outlook
Project Overview:- This project was to set outlook profile of user as the default in Mail
Settings And Allow users to modify “Outlook folder for syncing contacts” in your Outlook
configuration, User can see the emails coming from their contacts directly in salesforce when it
comes to outlook, so user need not to go back and forth in salesforce and outlook. This
integration allows Events, Contacts as well as tasks to be in synch for outlook and salesforce,
where user can set the frequency to automatic or manual synch depending business requirements
