Dear Employer
I am an innovator seeking an Engineering Manager position to bring great customer service. My manufacturing
and educational experience helps me understand complex problems and solutions to problems that exist. I have a
keen ability to see large cost losses and huge problems and I have solutions to fix them but it takes a team of
people to drive the solution. Engineering process improvement projects are a strength which helps in
manufacturing flows. It drives down costs by fixing weak points in the system with standardization and process
alignment. I can work with metrics and will bring accuracy and enthusiasm to promote good employee
relationships. I personally believe in working with others to promote a great team atmosphere. You do this by
including team members in the process to find out where the problems are and take action to fix them. You always
thank your employees to promote good relationships it also shows appreciation for what they do. To fix problems
as a great engineer you must be able to see the problem before you can come up with a solution. I thank
you for considering my resume I appreciate your time.
Thank you
Lewis Jones
