•Specifically, obtained and implemented NPDES and LACSD Wastewater discharge requirements prepare and submit, Annual Air Emissions, Title-V, SARA Title III compliance reports. Implement SB-14, SPCC, SWPPP, RMP plans.
•Some examples of managing for results are. Negotiated changes to NPDES permit, reduced sampling, monitoring and reporting requirements. Review of equipment AQMD permits reduced emission and permit fees by 30%.
•Management responsibility included, develop and track KPIs, analyze OSHA records, Environmental permits for trends and prepare management reports. •Daily conduct and retain ‘180-Day Accumulation/Haz Waste Storage Area Inspection Log’, identify and ensure proper containers and labels, review holding time, prepare manifest for RCRA, non-RCRA waste off-site disposal. Track, document and monitor hazardous materials and other waste stream shipments to confirm with DOT, DTSC, CUPA requirements and recordkeeping.
•Health & Safety responsibility included, conduct Qualitative, Quantitative IH and Ergonomic surveys. Under Quantitative IH survey, perform Ambient Air monitoring, identify exposure to Organic and other chemicals. Implement corrective actions meet Cal/OSHA regs, confirm to ANSI & NIOSH standards and corporate policies.
