Led the Surgical Specialties Division with full P&L responsibility. Directed all activities for a $16MM business in the areas of plastic, general, orthopedic, cardiovascular, dermatologic and neurologic surgery. Managed a 30 person sales organization, 2 product managers, financial analyst and a customer service function.

Transitioned the sales, marketing and customer service functions following the company merger.

Developed the strategic, operational and financial plan with a projected growth of 24%.

Led the successful negotiations of a licensing and distribution agreement with a European firm.

1993 – 1994
