maintenance technicians. Consistently evaluate performance metrics and

oversee all corrective and preventative maintenance work orders.

Communicate effectively with various janitorial, security, landscaping,

mechanical, and electrical contractors. Responsible for $2.3M in operating

budget spend with a strict account financial KPI that all facilities must

come in under budget. Implemented strategies to increase energy, security,

manufacturing, warehousing, R&D labs, and office space. Administered a $2M

budget and oversaw the relocation of a $40M operation from Oak Ridge, TN to

Clinton, TN. Supervised repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems,

outsourced custodial care and landscaping, and oversaw all security and
