• Engineering Consultant for Tracor Aerospace: (1985- 1992)
- Member of the Advanced Engineering team within Tracor Aerospace. Designed and prototyped electronic systems
for military sponsored programs. Experience in all of the following fields: Omega, LORAN, and GPS navigation
systems, position locating, meteorological data systems, timing systems, laser detection and classification,
integrated weather reconnaissance, animal tracking, RF/ microwave communications, missile guidance and smart
battery technologies. Held security classification of “Secret” clearance.
- Worked with logistics, component engineering and quality engineering departments to provide product support for
manufacturing after system development per Military standards.
- Took product from initial design stages into production, overseeing four (4) employees and advising on production
process and acceptance testing
- Oversaw GIDEP (Government Industry Data Exchange Program); created process for program operation within
Tracor facility
