Getting exemption for Roche Diagnostics from the United Arab Emirates Ministry of

Health and customs that exclude Roche products from inspection and paper work upon

exporting reagents from the warehouse hub in Dubai to the Middle East countries and

that save 3 working days in the logistics lead time

Getting exception for Roche Diagnostics from customs and HSE office allowing Roche to

destroy expired reagents and goods subjected to temperature excursion inside United

Arab Emirates instead of sending the goods back to the country of origin and that save

potential cost to the company

Successful Quality audit with minor citations after establishing Roche affiliate in the

Middle East by one year

Active participation as Member in the Middle East Leadership Team (MELT) who conduct
